York Region Pest Control Pros is a licensed and insured local pest control service covering Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and the rest of York Region. We are not a national franchise and we are not decades old. We are a young, owner-operated crew that answers its own phone, gets to you the same day where we can, and treats the pests these suburbs actually get: field mice, carpenter ants, wasps and hornets, cluster flies, bed bugs, and the German cockroaches that turn up in older apartment and condo stock.

How we work
Every job runs in the same order: work out how the pest got in, clear what is already there, then close the entry point behind it. Plenty of companies skip the first and last steps because a quick spray is faster to bill. That is exactly why the problem comes back. We would rather finish the job once and stand behind it than rebook you in six weeks.
The inspection is free. We identify the pest, put a firm price in front of you before any work begins, and use only products registered with Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency, applied to the label. Residential treatments come with a two-month guarantee: if the pest is still active, we return once at no charge.
Licensed, insured, and accountable
Ontario does not hand the right to apply pest control products to just anyone. The province licenses exterminators under the Pesticides Act and O. Reg. 63/09, and our technicians hold that licence. We carry insurance, we are accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and we are members of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.
What we believe about this trade
Two habits give this trade a bad name. The first is hidden pricing, the "call for a quote" that exists so no one can compare shops. We publish real ranges instead. The second is invented urgency, the company that treats a single spider like a crisis. We wrote an honest guide to when you do not need us, because an outfit that only ever says "book now" is selling fear, not pest control.

Where we work
We cover all nine York municipalities: Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, King, Georgina, East Gwillimbury, and Whitchurch-Stouffville, along with communities like Unionville, Thornhill, Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Stouffville, and Keswick. From the executive subdivisions off the 404 and 407 to the older cores, the Oak Ridges Moraine estate lots, and the waterfront around Lake Simcoe, the local housing decides the pest and we plan for it.
