The fastest way to reach us
The phone is quickest, and it is answered around the clock for genuine emergencies: a wasp nest over a doorway, rodents in a kitchen, or an infestation that will not keep until morning. For anything less urgent, the quote form is the calm route. Send it at any hour and we reply the next business day.
Hours and response
- Booking and quotes: same-day callbacks, seven days a week.
- Emergencies: 24/7, with response usually within about 45 minutes across our core coverage.
- Free inspection: every job opens with one, at no charge, and the price is confirmed before any work starts.
Where we work
We cover York Region end to end: Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, King, Georgina, East Gwillimbury, and Whitchurch-Stouffville, including Unionville, Thornhill, Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Stouffville, and Keswick. Not sure we reach your street? Call and we will tell you straight.
What to tell us when you call
Three details get you an accurate price quickly: the pest you are seeing, roughly how long it has been going and how far it has spread, and the type of property (condo, detached house, restaurant, rental unit). If you cannot name the pest, describe what you are finding, droppings, bites, a nest, or an insect you can photograph, and we will identify it.
